S&PF “Modul” was awarded with the Honorary Golden Prize of the International Thermoelectric Academy (ITA) in May 2011 during XIV International Forum of Thermoelectric that was held in Moscow.
The Honorary Golden Prize is established as the highest award of the International Thermoelectric Academy to mark the outstanding scientific, engineering, technological and production achievements in the field of thermoelectricity.
